- How does the free 14-day audit work?
- You give us read-only access to one AWS account and one Azure subscription. We pull 13 months of cost data, run anomaly detection, and send you a one-page report. No call required, no card, no commitment.
- What does "monthly cloud spend" mean?
- The total of your AWS, Azure, and GCP invoices, before any commitments or credits. We band on the trailing 90-day average. If you go over a band, we hold the price for 90 days then move you up at the next renewal.
- Do you charge a percentage of spend?
- No. CFOs hate variable line items, and our customers want a fixed number on the pricing page. We band on spend, then charge a flat fee inside the band.
- How does the read-only access work?
- AWS: a CloudFormation stack that creates an IAM role with cur:Get, ce:Get, and a small set of describe permissions. Azure: a service principal with Reader and Cost Management Reader on the subscriptions you choose. We do not need write access. Setup is 10 minutes.
- Do you store our raw billing data?
- We store the cost and usage records we pull, plus the resource metadata needed for attribution. We do not store any customer data from inside your services. All data is encrypted at rest in EU-West-1 and is deleted within 30 days of contract end.
- Annual prepay discount?
- 15% off Starter and Growth on annual prepay. Scale is negotiated.
- Refund policy?
- Cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund. After that, prorated to the end of the current month. Annual prepay refunds are prorated to the month you cancel.
- Who builds Cloud Sight?
- Spot Cloud B.V. (KvK 89708873), a Dutch company that also runs reactor-servers.com (game server hosting) and xevolve.io (enterprise file transfer). We are infra engineers building tools we wish we had.
